Contract Negotiation Review

We can review and negotiate any oil & gas contract including Joint Operating Agreements, Pre-Pooling Letter Agreements (PPLA’s), Oil & Gas Leases, Gas Contracts, Farmout Agreements, Exploration Agreements, Easements, Rights of Way, Surface Usage Agreements, and any other material contracts.

Well Proposals

We have In-House staff ready to prepare your well proposals to send to all parties and track elections accordingly. We can monitor all non-operated Well, Farmout, Term Assignment proposals, and make all elections accordingly as well as negotiate any and all of the agreements necessary for drilling.
